2. Receive Your Assessment

I’ll review your photos and provide an initial assessment and quote based on the information provided.

3. Approve Your Service

Once you approve the quote, you’ll receive the information needed to send your unit to me.

4. Mail Your Wig

Package your wig securely and ship it using a tracked service. Shipping costs to me are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Your Wig Gets Restored

Once I receive your unit, I’ll carefully inspect it and complete the approved work. I take my time with each unit because the goal isn’t simply to finish the job — it’s to achieve a quality restoration.

6. Return Shipping

Once your restoration is complete, your wig will be securely prepared for return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

7. Enjoy Your Revamped Unit

Your unit gets a new lease on life, refreshed, restored, and ready to be worn again.
