Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund:

• The wig must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition

• Lace must remain uncut and intact

• All original packaging, accessories, and gifts (if applicable) must be included

Wigs that show signs of wear, cutting, bleaching, plucking, coloring, styling, washing, or any modification are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@nikitahairdc.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once your request is approved, a return shipping address will be provided.

3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to Canada.

4. Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
